Payment schedule
How the total is paid for each plot size: registration amount, then 10%, 30% and the 60% balance in 24 monthly EMIs.
As per the pre-launch price list at ₹31,500 per sq. yd. The 10% row is the balance of the first 10% after the ₹21,000 registration amount. PLC, IDC, club charges, registry, stamp duty and GST are extra.
